• In the case of suspicious transactions, 777play reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending verification.

05 Betting Rules

Before placing any bets on 777play, every user must thoroughly understand the following rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, so make sure to verify all details before placing a bet.

• Bets must be placed before the match starts, or within the designated time window for live betting.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 777play's policy.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will remain in effect.
• Placing multiple bets on opposing outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• 777play reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error.

777play may place any bet or series of bets on hold for investigation if deemed suspicious. If irregularities are confirmed, the bet and any associated winnings will be voided.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

777play offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same person or device is strictly prohibited.
• Restrictions may apply to certain games or bet types when wagering with bonus funds.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• 777play reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.

If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant account's bonus and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777play and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Betting via hacking, bots, or any automated software.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Attempting unauthorized modifications to the platform's code or database.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

08 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

777play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or misconduct.
• Refusing to verify identity or submitting false documents.
• Account self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Extended period of inactivity.

Upon account closure, any legitimately deposited funds will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited. In cases of terms violation, the entire balance may be confiscated.
